This design-build project was fast-tracked because Sovereign Bank decided to consolidate a number of banking locations due to expiring lease agreements. The challenges of this project were demolishing their existing facility on the site while moving their ongoing operations into temporary trailers at the rear of the property and having to build a new 20,000 SF structure within a very confined space near the corner of one of the busiest intersections in the city. The first floor is a full-service bank with three drive-through units. There are training rooms in the basement, and executive offices and other bank supporting amenities on the upper floors.
