Lehigh Valley Industrial Park, Inc. selected Allied as the construction manager of this Class A office building they will own and occupy in LVIP VII, their newest development on 1,000 acres of former Bethlehem Steel plan property on the city’s south side. This 42,000 SF structure will be LEED certified and have signature representation as the standard for future development in the park. It has been designed to conform to the urban architecture of the area and has been positioned to take advantage of natural light. The use of recycled materials is a priority, and the building will feature lighting fixtures and utilities to conserve energy and water.
