This fast tracked project was a fit out for 120,000 SF of manufacturing space and 8,700 SF of offices in a new one story Liberty Property Trust flex building. The space contains extensive specialty book publishing equipment that enables the client to produce and ship an order within 24 hours of it being placed. Due to business requirements, unique features included a complex humidity and temperature control system, and heavy-duty electrical capacity.
