This fast tracked project, currently under construction, is a fit out of a 120,000 SF of manufacturing space and 8,700 SF for offices in a new one story Liberty Property Trust flex building.  The space will house extensive specialty book publishing equipment that will enable the client to produce and ship an order within 24 hours of it being placed.  Due to the nature of this business, unique features include a complex humidity and temperature control system, and heavy-duty electrical capacity.
