This 7,500 SF surgical suite within an existing 100 year-old hospital structure consists of two surgical units, 4 pre-op and 4 post-op patient stations and various associated supporting facilities. This project provided unique challenges to create the surgical equipment supports, and to meet the negative air pressure requirements due to existing high ceilings and narrow substrate chambers. Allied closely coordinated that design/build process to ensure the air handling needs of the project would be met.
