This 7,500 SF newly-created surgical suite within an existing 100 year old hospital structure consists of two surgical units, 4 pre-op and 4 post-op patient stations and various associated supporting facilities. This project created unique challenges to create the surgical equipment supports and the negative air pressure requirements due to the high ceilings and narrow substrate chambers available. Allied closely coordinated that design/build process to ensure the air handling needs of the project would be met.
