This recently-completed demolition/fit out project of 61,000 SF occurred in a six-story Brandywine Building that was previously occupied by IBM.   There were extensive renovations to convert partial or all of the space on four of the six floors to Deloitte’s corporate branding model.  Along with a reception area, offices, conference rooms and bathrooms, the scope included data and telecom upgrades that tied into an advanced data center.  This work had to occur in and around a number of existing tenants located in the building.
