Responsible for Allied's new business development, and representing the firm before customers and suppliers, and before the public, including community leaders and organizations, and government entities affecting where the company does business.

PROJECT MANAGERS |
| |
Allied's Project Managers are accomplished construction professionals and capable administrators. Their knowledge in state-of-the-art construction management procedures and techniques is varied and extensive, and is based on years of experience. Their responsibilities include:
- Report on the project on a continuing basis to ensure the owner's goals and objectives are met
- Develop, refine and update the construction schedule in a timely manner over the duration of the project
- Control cost and safeguard against overpayment through a combination of networked and PC-based applications
- Monitor, evaluate and certify adherence to design documents with special emphasis on best value received and life-cycle costing
- Foster coordination and cooperation among all members of the construction team which includes the various trade subcontractors
- Implement project close-out and develop owner training program

FIELD SUPERINTENDENTS |

Allied's Field Superintendents are widely experienced in construction supervision, having served in that capacity on numerous challenging industrial, commercial, institutional and public works projects. Their primary responsibilities are to:
- Coordinate the scheduling of contractors, trades people, materials and daily field operations
- Plan, organize and control our highly regarded quality, environmental health and safety programs
- Review all shop drawings for specification performance and prepare final as-built drawings
- Process, distribute and control project documentation and reports
- Oversee changes to the original scope of work which have become necessary
- Compile and integrate operation and maintenance manuals

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF |

Supporting Allied's home office and jobsite activities is a strong administrative staff with broad capabilities. With access to state-of-the-art information systems technologies, they provide critical services to senior management, and to project managers and superintendents in the field. They efficiently and effectively handle all administrative support duties and, additionally, are skilled in Pro-Est software for estimating, and StarBuilder and StarProject software for cost control and reporting information. In certain instances, depending on the magnitude of the project, an Allied administrative staff person will be assigned to and provide services directly from the job site.
